Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Items on sale
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
* Store credit may be offered in some cases, instead of payment refund. Depending on your fee schedule, you may incur fees to refund a charge. Additionally, processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned in case of a refund.

RETURN AND REFUND
Your satisfaction is my absolute goal. If you are unhappy with your item(s), I am more than happy to give you refunds or exchanges for other item(s). (Shipping fee is not refundable. Only unused items are eligible for return. Items must be returned exactly in the same condition they were received.)
You may receive a full/partial refund in the original form of payment for the items listed below:
Items that are returned unworn and within the item’s return policy period.
> 100% of item’s purchase price*
Defective items that are returned opened/worn and beyond repair within return policy period.
> 50% of item’s purchase price*
Items received in the following condition may be subject to a partial refund or rejection: Items not in original condition, damaged, no retail box, missing accessories User made physical damage, beyond return policy period.
> Maximum 40% of item’s purchase*

All our packages are well packed with moisture-proof padded bubble envelope with hard cardboard box inside, ensure security during shipping.
WARRANTY & REPAIR
All PRIMRIA Products has a limited warranty that covers defects or wear for 3 years after the original purchase date. We will repair or refurbish your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your straps through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, scratches, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests.
